CHHA Scholarship Program

The CHHA Scholarship program is aimed at supporting individuals in obtaining certification as Certified Home Health Aides. If you are ready to join a rewarding workforce that cares, this is the perfect opportunity for you. The program offsets training costs and certification fees, and also provides financial incentives to help with expenses during training, including childcare, transportation, food, and other needs.

Additionally, participants will receive two bonuses at 6 and 12 weeks of active work to further support them on their journey to success. Our agency partners will also provide job placement services to program graduates, benefiting both the individuals involved and the healthcare industry.

Mentorship Program for Young Adults, Immigrants, and Refugees

The mentorship program is designed to provide certified training to individuals aspiring to become Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs). The program offers financial incentives during training and two bonuses at 6 and 12 weeks of active work. Moreover, it trains experienced CHHAs to serve as mentors to newly trained individuals. Mentees will receive a resource toolkit, access to an exclusive network forum, and guidance from a seasoned mentor for 12 weeks.

Specialized Training Program to Enhance CHHA Skills

Our specialized training program in dementia care and mental health first aid equips Certified Home Health Aides with the essential skills needed to effectively care for clients with Alzheimer’s , dementia, or behavioral issues. By completing this program, Certified Home Health Aides will be better equipped to serve their clients effectively, leading to improved outcomes and a higher quality of life.
